Did you know; unsupported breasts can move up to 15cm when running. OMG!

Did you know; a British study of female runners reported 1 out of 3 women experienced breast pain whilst running…..even when wearing a sports bra!

Did you know; 1 in 5 women avoid running because of their breasts! Wow, that’s like 20% (yes I am a math genius!).

So what can we do about this? The easy answer is sit on the couch but that is not going to help us enjoy the sport that we all love! So really what are our options;

  1. Get a new sports bra. An old or poor fitting sports bra can offer little support so an upgrade may help alleviate your pain.
  2. Wear two (or more) sports bras. A common answer for many women but often doesn’t really help. After all two wrongs don’t make a right.
  3. Look for alternates or additions to wear with your regular sports bra. Do such things exist?

Options 1 & 2 can indeed work and may be the best options for you but I’m here to talk about solution number 3. The miracle you have been looking for!

So you want to avoid breast pain and make your next run pain free for your breasts? It really is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Wear your normal sports bra.
  2. Place my athletic breast support band over your bra, across the upper part of your breasts.
  3. Run in bounce free comfort.

It is really that easy. Years of breast pain solved by a simple athletic support band. Wow, you’re now saying; why wasn’t I told sooner!

Can it really be that simple? The simple answer is; YES! The breastband is specifically designed to support the upper part of the breasts, working with your existing sports bra to give all round total breast support whilst running.

Give it a go, you will love it. And the best bit, they are 25% off for a limited time. Woo hoo, pain free breasts for only $29.95!

How Does it Work?

It’s ‘Gravity 101’; what goes up must come down. Traditional Sports Bras can do a great job of supporting the underside of your breasts, with technical band and cup design, but offer very little support to the upper breast. It goes up and then…..back down. Owww! The answer? The Pinkclover Breastband! Specifically designed to support the upper part of the breast, stopping the painful upward bounce.

Team it with your favourite sports bra for all round total support. Easy!

Sports Bra + Breastband = Painfree Run. Yay!

Don’t Take Our Word For It!

With hundreds of 5 star reviews women all over the world are loving the support the Pink Clover breastband gives.

Jenna from Australia: “I recently joined a local gym and started an 8 week challenge. I’ve always been very self conscious about my boobs moving around and wear 2 sports bras. I tried the Breastband after reading other reviews, and it makes such a difference. I now wear one bra and the Breastband, can jump around during class and not even have to think about my boobs…first time ever.”

Jessica from the US: Keeps the girls down and in place while running. I am a slim but busty gal 32DDD so getting sports bras that fit good enough for running is almost impossible. This keeps the upward bounce from happening. I use it every run and completely recommend it for big boobed ladies, now but the only thing is it does visually impact your bust , like you can see the girls are ratchet strapped down into place This doesn’t bother me because it prevents painful bouncing. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly.

Chaira from the UK: I wanted to find out sooner! It’s a life-saver! At the gym i couldn’t jump or run because my chest is quite big. With this support I found the freedom! It’s just amazing. I’m happy I found it! Perfect balance quality-price. I would recommend to everyone!

Determine Your Size With Our Bra Size Calculator

1. Underbust Size

2. Overbust Size

Measuring Your Underbust

Stand straight with your arms hanging casually by your side; if you can get a friend to measure you around your chest, directly under your bust.

Ideally, measure yourself while you are not wearing a bra, or if you are wearing one, be careful not to sit the tape over any part of your bra.  The tape should sit directly under your breasts (where your bra band would normally sit), should be horizontal all the way around and be as tight as possible without being uncomfortable (exactly like your bra’s underband).  This measurement is your Underbust.

Measuring Your Overbust

Still standing straight measure horizontally around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples).  This is best done while you’re wearing a good fitting bra.  The tape should not be to tight resting lightly on your body. Make sure the tape is straight across your back and is parallel to the floor.  This measurement is your Overbust.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

Finding your correct Australian Bra Size is as easy as 1, 2, 3. One; follow the instructions below to find your underbust and overbust size. Two; slide the bars to your correct size position to discover your recommended size. Three; start shopping!

  1. Underbust Size; measure around your chest, directly below your bust. Read more below.
  2. Overbust size; measure around the fullest part of your breasts. Read more below.

Crop Tops

Crop tops can fit differently to cupped bras.  Generally speaking they are more similar to women’s clothing sizes.

XS = 8    S = 10   M = 12   L = 14   XL = 16    XXL = 18

Sports Bras Direct recommends crop tops for cup sizes A-D only. You must also check the specific style of crop top suits the level of impact you require.  Breasts that are bigger than a D cup require more specific support from a cup size sports bra.

Each Brand has a slight variation in their actual measurement guidelines for crop tops. Please check brand specific sizing below to establish the best size crop to suit you.
