“Hi, I’m Amy from Sports Bras Direct, and I’m having a closer look at the Glamorise Sport High Impact Underwired Bra. Let’s have a closer look at the features.
First of all, if we have a look at the cup area. So as the name suggests, it is an underwired bra. This uses what’s called Wonderwire Technology. What that means is, the wire is encased in three layers of fabric, and it holds the wire away from your body, to prevent it ever touching your skin. So you get the support and the shaping provided by the underwire, but you get the comfort of no wire ever digging into you as you exercise. If we have a look at that on the inside of the cups, the paneling that the underwire is encased in. The actual cups themselves are a double layer of fabric, so on the inside you have a smooth, completely seam-free cup. Looking at the outside of the cup area, across the top is mesh paneling. This provides firm support across the top of the breast, but also has really good ventilation as well, which continues up and over the shoulders.
The straps themselves are also wide, and they’re also lightly padded for comfort too. If we have a look at the side, you can see the support panel here at the side is also fully mesh ventilated to help you keep you cool while you’re working out. The straps here have a great position on your back, in more of a leotard design, which means they sit slightly closer together, ensuring they stay put during whichever exercise you’re doing so you don’t suffer with slippage off the shoulders.
The back does up by hook and eye. The actual clasp itself is on a really nice thick padding, so again, nice and comfortable against your skin with the clasp; and the straps do adjust like a standard bra.
