Australia

We offer FREE Standard Delivery throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania and FREE Express Delivery when you spend over $150.

Alternatively choose Express Delivery at checkout for a flat rate of $9.90 per order.  For orders placed before 2pm, this will provide next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 business day following receipt of your payment.  All orders are sent by Australia post.  Once your order has left our warehouse it takes approximately 1-5 business days for delivery depending on you location.

Please note; we are based on the Gold Coast, Australia and operate on Queensland time. We also observe all Gold Coast public holidays.

New Zealand

We offer FREE Standard International Shipping to New Zealand for all orders over $150 (Australian Dollars).  For orders less than A$150 we charge a flat rate of A$19.95 standard international shipping to New Zealand.

Please note that we are currently unable to post any New Balance products to New Zealand.

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand only.

Returns & Exchanges

Sports Bras Direct hopes you love your purchase.  However if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order simply return your items in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.  You can choose to receive a refund or exchange of size in the same style.  Goods can be returned using a Reply Paid address, so no postage cost to you.

Please note that we do not offer returns on items advertised as ‘CLEARANCE‘.

Please note that for returns from New Zealand the return postage costs are at your own expense.

Returns Conditions

  • Items must be in original re-sellable condition, unwashed and unworn. Please be careful trying on bras to ensure you do not leave deodorant or makeup marks on the bra.
  • All labels must be still attached and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. Once received, your request will be processed in 1-3 business days.  We will email you to confirm your return has been processed.
  • Refunds can only be made by the original payment method. Please note your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

If the returned items do not adhere to the above conditions, a refund or exchange will not be made.  In this circumstance, the item can be returned to you at your cost.  Sports Bras Direct cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.

How to Request a Return

To return or exchange an item please email us at support@sportsbrasdirect.com.au stating:

  • Your Order Number and the Email Address you used to place the order.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Request for refund or Exchange for alternate size (subject to stock availability).
  • Contact telephone number.

If your requested item has sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Sports Bras Direct, your account from which you originally paid will be refunded.  You will be notified of this.

On receipt of your email, we will provide you with a returns reference number and a reply paid address (for Australia only).  You can then simply wrap up your item, write the returns reference number and reply paid address clearly on the outside and take to your nearest post office.

What if the item is faulty?

Sports Bras Direct takes extreme care in ensuring the items we send to you are of the highest quality.  However if you have received an item with a defect please contact us at support@sportsbradirect.com.au. To speed up the process please include your order number and a photo showing the fault.
