We will endeavour to pack and dispatch your order in the following timeframes:
- Same day orders: By 2pm.
- Orders received late afternoon or overnight: The next business day.
- Orders received over a standard weekend: The following Monday or business day if Monday is a public holiday.
- Orders received on a public holiday: The next business day.
As a worse case we will dispatch your order within 1 business day following receipt of your payment.
We offer Flat Rate standard delivery throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania on all orders no matter the size or value. Our flat rate standard delivery fee is $5.95 per order payable at checkout.
It takes approximately 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please do not hold Sports Bra Direct responsible for any Australia Post shipment delays.
Alternatively choose Express Delivery at checkout for a flat rate of A$9.95 per order. This will provide next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. Once again please do not hold us responsible for Australia Post delays. We will dispatch it quickly and fingers crossed AusPost will deliver it quickly!
Deliveries to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 per order no matter the order size or value.
It takes approximately 5-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Alternatively choose Express Post for $19.99.

USA & CANADA
Deliveries to USA and Canada are charged at a flat rate of $24.95 per order no matter the order size or value. This is an Express Post satchel as due to flight restrictions standard post has been suspended.
It takes approximately 5-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please do not hold Sports Bra Direct responsible for any Australia Post | US/Canada Post shipment delays.
We apologies that due to COVID 19 Flight Restrictions we are currently not delivering outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.
We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia and operate on Queensland time. We also observe all Gold Coast public holidays.
You may be subject to additional tax or duties based on your country’s custom requirements. This is out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Sports Bras Direct hopes you love your purchase. However if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order simply return your items in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. We know you lead a busy life and that the usual 30 days offered by many may not be enough!
Not happy with your purchase? Simply send it back for an exchange of size in the same style or a refund. Simple!
All you need to do is:
- Turn the satchel your item was delivered in (we love the word ‘re-use’) inside out.
- Place your item and completing returns/exchanges form in the satchel and seal securely (some tape will do the trick!).
- Stick the Reply-Paid returns label (included with your order) on the package.
- Pop it in your nearest post box or at your nearest post office. Done!
If you would like your return tracked visit your nearest post office & ask for a tracking label to be applied free of charge.
Please note that $5.95 will be deducted from your refund if you use our Reply-Paid label. If you use your own label please send your return directly to: Sports Bras Direct Returns, PO Box 379, Nerang, QLD, 4211.
As part of our relationship with Support the Girls Charity, if you have any pre-loved bras you would like to pass on to women in need please pop them in with your return. Anything you have lying around is greatly appreciated.

New Zealand, USA and Canada
You can return items for a refund. Please note that for returns from New Zealand, USA and Canada the return postage costs are at your own expense. Send your return directly to: Sports Bras Direct Returns, PO Box 379, Nerang, QLD, 4211 noting your order number clearly on or inside the package.
This excludes products that are marked as ‘CLEARANCE’. These products are not eligible to be returned unless they are defective.
- Items must be in original re-sellable condition, unwashed and unworn. Please be careful trying on bras to ensure you do not leave deodorant or makeup marks on the bra.
- All labels must be still attached and in original condition.
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Once received, your request will be processed in 1-3 business days. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Please note your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
If the returned items do not adhere to the above conditions, a refund or exchange will not be made. In this circumstance, the item can be returned to you at your cost. Sports Bras Direct cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us. Any additional postage fees on the original order are not included in the refund.

What if the item is faulty?
Sports Bras Direct takes extreme care in ensuring the items we send to you are of the highest quality. However if you have received an item with a defect please contact us at [email protected]. To speed up the process please include your order number and a photo showing the fault.
Warranty replacements are excluded from our returns policy.
