“You may find Shock bras a snug fit in the band. They have to be to offer this level of support! So if you are in between band sizes or want the fit a little less snug we recommend going up a size in the band to get the perfect fit. In going up a band size you will need to go down a cup size to maintain your cup fit. For example a 12D would become a 14C (up a band, down a cup).” – Amy
