“Hi, I’m Amy from Sports Bras Direct. Today I am looking at the Berlei Shift Underwire Sports Bra.
This is an extreme impact sports bra. It is fantastic for those high impact activities that place a lot of strain on your breasts. For example, long distance running, tennis, etc.
So, let’s have a closer look at the features. Firstly, we will look at the cup area. As I mentioned it is an underwired sports bra. This provides great shaping under the breasts. Also giving breast separation as well. Overall, it gives a very natural breast shape.
One thing Berlei has focused on when designing this bra is breathability. They have thought about all the areas where you sweat the most and have incorporated mesh panels to assist with breathability. You can see these panels used through the middle of your breast area, under your breasts and across the top of the cups.
Looking closer at the inside of the cups you can see the use of the mesh panelling. So, mesh panelling under the cups, between the breasts and across the top. It also extends through the underside of the arms and through to the back of the sports bra. Great breathability throughout.
The panelling in the cups is all about support. And reducing bounce across the upper part of the breasts. This extends up though the wide shoulder straps.
The shoulder straps are fully adjustable at the back like an everyday bra. A bonus is they can be crossed over. This can be easily done unhooking the straps, lengthening it, and re-attaching it to the opposing side. As such, it works well under a variety of top styles.
The band does up at the back with a hook and eye closure. Like an everyday bra.
In summary. This sports bra has fantastic styling. It is extremely breathable. Offers high impact support in an underwired design. Perfect for activities that create a lot of breast bounce.”
