Amy's Review

“Hi, I’m Amy from Sports Bras Direct. Today I am having a closer look at the Triaction Extreme Lite Sports Bra.

This is a high-impact style from Triumph, and we’ll have a closer look at the features. It’s a non-wired sports bra. The cups are smooth across the main section, with no seams. There’s a mesh panel through the middle, and across the top, to really help you keep nice and cool during your workouts.

If we have a look at the inside of the cups, as well, the cups are non-moulded, and you’ll see on the inside that they are also seam-free. So, nice and smooth against your skin.

Moving on to the straps. The straps are wider across the top of your shoulders, and lightly padded for comfort. They’re also adjustable in two positions, which is common on a few of Triumph Triaction styles.

So, at the front, there is a clip here that you can undo and adjust the length of the strap, and pop the clip back through again. This is really easy to do while you’re wearing the bra, if you need to adjust the fit slightly.

If we have a look at the back of the straps. They have a second adjustment point here which is done like an every-day bra. It can be good if you are quite broad shouldered, or also taller in the body. As the two different points for adjustment really allows good length within the straps as well.

They can also be worn as a crossover position. So, to do that, you simply lengthen the straps. Unclip at the base and then change the clips into the crossover position. Best to do this before you put the bra on, and then put the bra over your head and do up with the clasp at the back.

It is a standard hook-and-eye clasp. And it’s also nicely padded so it’s smooth against your skin.

It has a good wide under band which is important for support. Especially in non-wired bras. But it is also nice and level support at the sides here, and coming around, underneath your breasts.

So overall, a great high-impact sports bra. Covers a good range of cup sizes. It is a little bit more of a compressive feel on the bra, and good cover to the front.

If you really like pronounced breast shape, this might not be the bra for you. But if you like to feel nicely hugged and a little bit of compression on the cups as well, then this is a great option.”
