Sports Bra expert Amy gives her take on the Triumph Triaction Hybrid Lite Sports Bra. Check out what Amy has to say about this amazing sports bra from Triumph.
“Hi, I’m Amy from Sports Bras Direct, and today I’m having a closer look at the Triaction Hybrid Lite. It’s a high impact sports bra from Triumph. So let’s have a closer look at the features.
It’s a non wired bra and the cups are very lightly moulded. This is great, both, for shaping and also light modesty, as well, in cold weather. The inside of the cups, you can see here, are completely seam free. So, nice and smooth, both on the inside and the outside of the cups. They are made of breathable mesh like fabric.Â
If we have a look at the straps, they’re shaped and slightly wider and thicker over the shoulders for comfort, they also adjust into places. So the front adjustment here can be done while you’re wearing your bra which is handy, just for some fit adjustments. So you simply unhook, adjust the length that you need, and then you can put it back in again.
 If we take a look at the back, the straps also have a second adjustment just like a regular everyday bra. The straps can be worn either, in this regular over the shoulder position, or it can be converted to cross over straps. Which is simple to do, simply lengthen the straps on both sides, unclip at the bottom, it can be a bit stiff the first time, and then change it over to the cross position.
So, it’s best to do this before you put a bra on, and then put them on over your head and do it up at the bottom. It does up at this standard hook and eye closure. It’s got a nice level of padding on that as well, making it nice and comfortable against your skin. The underband is a pretty good width, and it also is nicely shaped under the arms to have good support there as well.Â
Underneath the cups on top of the band, is a mesh panel, so that really helps with breathability as well when you’re working out.
So, overall a great sports bra if you’re looking for high impact support. It has light moulding of the cups and also has this nice V-neck as well, which works with a lot of tops, both in sports and everyday wear. It is based around those small to medium cup sizes. If you are a bigger cut size, I would suggest looking at some of the other styles, but great, all round high impact sports bra.”
